Senate has votes needed to pass gay marriage... →
Like.
Sen. Mary Margaret Haugen, D-Camano Island, said she supports gay marriage legislation in the Senate — giving proponents the 25 votes needed for passage.
The state House already has enough lawmakers in support of the measure to approve it. Gov. Chris Gregoire backs the bill, as well.
Haugen issued announced her support immediately after a two-hour legislative hearing in Olympia...

I’m the “this guy” in the yellow jacket who provides “some order” by means of “voluntary traffic control duty” in the video. The KING5 reporters were nice and wanted to do an interview with me, but I said no to them because no one ever looks good on the local news even if they’re just trying to keep sledders from getting hit by cars. Anyway, they...

Download the latest album from my friend Khingz and the rest of Hi-Life Soundsystem as he so eloquently puts it: “for fuccing free!”
khingz:
Being able to present to you this music I am struck by the inevitable feeling that this must be what Prometheus felt like when he handed man kind fire. And if I must suffer for this privilege like the aforementioned titan then so I shall. for...

Bra trick shocks town's school committee →
The trick was performed Tuesday by Russell Fitzgerald, an amateur magician known to open meetings with a little sleight of hand. It was met with no laughs, just stunned silence.
I like how matter-of-fact the last sentence is.

I especially appreciate the way you’ve got one leg up on the counter. Not only does this allow the hot jet stream of air a more direct passage to your gene-carrying duffle bag, it also gives me an intrusive view to the white fields of pubis covering your taint and beyond. It almost makes me think of Santa Claus, but I was not sexually abused by Kris Kringle as a child.

Nice video from the NYT about the crossover. Interviews with some of the best to ever do it in the NBA along with clips of people getting their ankles broken.
The Crossover on Display
The crossover is one of the most lethal offensive moves in the N.B.A. Miami’s Dwyane Wade found inspiration for his version from players like Allen Iverson and Tim Hardaway.
