Hey, Seattle folks, come out to Nectar Lounge this Sunday, August 28 from 5-10pm for a family-friendly lu’au. Proceeds from the event help the Service Board to support Seattle youth. Lu’au Party at Nectar Lounge Join us for our second Lu`au celebration on August 28th at Nectar Lounge in Fremont. This all-ages party will feature music, contests (pie eating and hula-hooping!), karaoke and delicious food served plate-lunch style by Pai’s Foods! (via the Service Board)

Golden Gardens Lu’au: a benefit for the Service Board Thursday, August 12th, 6-10pm at Golden Gardens Bathhouse / Volleyball Tournament 4-6:30pm TICKETS are available now at Brown Paper Tickets! The Lu’au will feature a delicious traditional roasted pig with all the trimmings cooked by renowned chef Scott Staples (of Quinn’s and Zoe), Hawaiian pizzas by Via Tribunali, an open bar with Mai Tais by Havana, a SnoCon volleyball tournament and performances by Gabriel Mintz, Canary Sing, TRNTDRM, THEESatisfaction and Kore Ionz. * $75 – General Admission (includes music, meal & open bar) * $60 – Volleyball Tournament (includes GA tickets for 4, participation in volleyball tournament from 4-6) * $30 – Current Mentor General Admission * $15 – Students (includes music and meals) (via the service board)
